Maria Zizka is a food writer who has worked on several books, including The A.O.C. Cookbook, Where Chefs Eat, and This Is Camino. Most recently she co-authored Everything I Want to Eat and Tartine All Day.
She earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of California, Berkeley and a master's degree in food culture and communications from L'Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche.
Maria is an avid home cook with a deep respect for restaurant cuisine. She lives in Berkeley, California with her husband, Graham Bradley.
